LEGAL INFORMATION
Terms of Use
Effective August 24, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to Vowentra, including its public website, private wedding-planning workspace, files, reports, exports, and related features. By purchasing, accessing, or using Vowentra, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
2. What Vowentra provides
Vowentra is organizational software for wedding-planning information. It is not a professional wedding-planning, legal, financial, insurance, medical, travel, security, or vendor-selection service. Vowentra does not supervise vendors or guarantee any wedding, budget, RSVP, payment, deadline, travel, or event outcome.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to purchase Vowentra. You are responsible for keeping access to your authenticated account secure, providing accurate account information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share authentication credentials or use another person’s account.
4. One Wedding Access
The current offer is a one-time $59 USD payment for one private wedding workspace, one owner account, and one invited co-planner. A separate wedding requires a separate purchase. Access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may not be resold, sublicensed, rented, or shared outside the permitted workspace members.
The payment is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. It is not a promise of permanent or perpetual operation, every future feature, or professional services. Access continues while Vowentra remains operated and your account complies with these terms, subject to reasonable maintenance, security measures, product changes, and applicable law.
5. Purchases and payment processing
Checkout, payment collection, receipts, applicable transaction taxes, and certain payment disputes are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record under its buyer terms and privacy practices. Vowentra does not collect or store full payment-card details. A workspace is granted only after a valid paid order is confirmed through Vowentra’s verified payment integration.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Vowentra Refund Policy, Lemon Squeezy’s merchant-of-record processes, and any mandatory consumer rights. A full refund normally ends the related product entitlement and access to the workspace. Export any information you need before requesting a refund.
7. Customer content and guest information
You retain your rights in information and files you add to Vowentra. You grant Vowentra a limited permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content. Wedding plans can contain information about guests, vendors, and other people. Only add information you have a lawful reason and appropriate permission to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records, passwords, or confidential third-party material.
8. Co-planner access
The workspace owner may invite one trusted co-planner. The owner is responsible for choosing that person and for information made available to them. A co-planner may edit planning information but may not transfer ownership, invite another user, or manage the owner’s purchase. The owner may remove or change collaboration access through available product controls.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use Vowentra to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, upload malware, distribute harmful or deceptive material, probe or bypass security controls, access another workspace, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law expressly permits it, or help another person do any of these things.
10. Vowentra intellectual property
Vowentra and its software, design, branding, text, templates, and product materials are owned by or licensed to the Vowentra operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only the limited right to use the product for its intended personal wedding-planning purpose.
11. Availability, changes, and backups
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be repaired, updated, replaced, or discontinued for security, legal, technical, or product reasons. When a change materially reduces the core purchased product, available remedies will be considered under applicable law and the Refund Policy.
Vowentra includes export and backup features. You are responsible for keeping a current export before important events, major edits, or account changes.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful use, non-payment, a refunded or reversed order, serious breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, reasonable notice or an opportunity to correct the issue will be provided. You may stop using Vowentra and delete your wedding project through the owner controls.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vowentra is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. Nothing excludes warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for reviewing planning decisions, vendor agreements, payment records, dates, exports, and wedding-day information.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vowentra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, vendor failures, event disruption, or loss caused by information you entered incorrectly. Where liability may lawfully be limited, total liability arising from the affected One Wedding Access purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, liability that cannot legally be limited, or mandatory consumer rights.
15. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law that applies to the Vowentra operator and the transaction, without overriding any mandatory protection available to you in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact Vowentra and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Nothing prevents either party from using a competent court, regulator, payment-provider process, or consumer remedy available under applicable law.
16. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated for legal, security, operational, or product changes. The effective date will be updated when changes are material. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued, and mandatory notice will be provided where required.
17. General terms
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your purchased access without written permission; Vowentra may transfer these terms as part of a legitimate business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law. These terms, together with the incorporated policies and checkout disclosures, form the agreement for use of Vowentra.
18. Contact
For legal, account, purchase, or product questions, use the Vowentra Contact page. Do not send passwords, full payment-card information, or government identification by ordinary email.
