Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the one-time $59 USD purchase of Vowentra — One Wedding Access. Payment and approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.

2. Limited 14-day refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase when:

• you cannot access the purchased workspace and the problem is not resolved within a reasonable support period;
• a material technical defect prevents normal use of the core product and cannot reasonably be corrected;
• the purchased product is materially different from the public description available when you purchased it; or
• the same purchase was charged more than once by mistake.

Other requests received within 14 days may be considered fairly based on product use, the circumstances, and fraud or abuse indicators. This policy does not limit any cancellation, conformity, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

3. Requests that are normally not eligible

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a refund is normally not available after 14 days; because a wedding plan changed or was cancelled; because you no longer need the product; for dissatisfaction with a third-party vendor or event outcome; after misuse, prohibited activity, or transfer attempts; or where the product operated substantially as described and the workspace was materially used.

4. How to request a refund

Use the Vowentra Contact page and provide the email address used for purchase, the Lemon Squeezy order number, the purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send full card details, passwords, or identity documents. Reasonable troubleshooting information may be requested for an access or technical problem.

5. Processing and access after refund

Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Financial institutions may take up to 10 days to display the refund. A full refund revokes the related Vowentra entitlement and access to the workspace. Export any information you need before requesting a refund. Project information can also be deleted through the owner’s data controls or by a valid privacy request.

6. Lemon Squeezy and chargebacks

Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds or handle payment disputes under its merchant-of-record policies, including circumstances intended to prevent chargebacks. Please contact Vowentra first when practical so an access or product issue can be investigated promptly. Nothing in this policy waives a lawful right to contact a payment provider or consumer authority.

7. Mandatory consumer rights

Some jurisdictions provide additional rights for digital content or digital services, including remedies when a product is faulty or does not conform to its description. Those mandatory rights apply regardless of any narrower language in this policy.

8. Policy changes and contact

The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless a later change is more favorable or mandatory law requires otherwise. For refund questions, use the Contact page.
